On the first page of BING , YAHOO AND YANDEX , but no traffic .. any reason why ?

My website is already on the FIRST page of BING , YAHOO AND YANDEX for some of the keywords and I only started SEOing the site in early august, I have built really strong backlinks from high PR sites ... I think it is a big progress made , but I'm not really getting traffic from those . The thing is that BING , YAHOO AND YANDEX do not crawl my site regularly and they only have the main homepage, landing page, which ranks on the first page , but all the 29,000 indexed PAGES that google have are not on yandex , bing and yahoo , which I think is why I may not be getting traffic even though I am on the first page .. How to fix this ? what do you guys think ?

  • Get to FIRST position, not first PAGE. and come back and tell us. Those search engines don't get much traffic as it is. Expect zero traffic from all positions expect for maybe rank1.

    • Ok , I'll keep working on it ... What kind of traffic would you expect when getting on the first position of Google for a popular keyword ? at least 10,000 visitors a day ?

  • Depends on your keyword you could be ranking for a keyword no one searches for. I can see if you come up on my first page if you'd like.

    • This. Just tell us what your keyword is and you'll also want to see whether or not it's just ranking that well in your own country vs. the big markets like the US, UK for English sites and Russia (considering you talked about Yandex I'm assuming your Russian). Nobody's really going to steal your keyword especially if it's a highly trafficked one (in which case there will already be lots of competition).

  • This what I can say is you probably choosed wrong keyphrases, you need proper keywords research before you do any link building.
