My forum's been set to 'simple' mode since installing the phpbbSEO mod over 6 yrs ago. I'd like to understand from fellow phpbb3 owners what improvements could be made to benefit SEO and SERPS if I considered changing the mode from 'simple' to 'advanced'. I'd also like to hear about any potential pitfalls to be wary of.
Quicky to any phpbb3 + phpbbSEO owners

I've configured my test site with the 'advanced' option and everything 'appears' stable from a mod_rewrite point of view, no 404's, just a few topic titles which appear to be stuck on the old /topic12345.html url.
Anyway, thanks for your time and any light you can throw down.
p.s I forgot to mention that I have a feeling in my bones that I could see a great deal of improvement from SERPS traffic by enabling this but I could be completely wrong.
