Webmaster shows DNS and other Errors!

Hi guys
Please help me solve these issues.. One of my website shows some severe errors in webmaster tools. Below are the errors:

1. DNS
" Couldn't communicate with the DNS server."

2.Server connectivity
"Request timed out or site is blocking Google "

3.Robots.txt fetch
"Crawl postponed because robots.txt was inaccessible"

HOW TO SOLVE ??? Need replies please
