Reg Multi-language websites

I have 10 multi-language versions of my website. But those websites dont have that much pages as my main website, they probably have only 5 pages. If i add the multilanguage code in the head tag of my website, I am afraid i may lose the traffic to my main website for the keywords which i dont have pages in my other language website?

Please tell me a solution.

  I need clarification about multi language websites. How to point them in the head tag of my main website. If I point it, do I lose traffic to my main website from other language search.
