As title said, which one would be the best choice?
I have researched about these tools, and people are divided into exactly half, LOVE it and HATE it.

Any suggestion?

    SEOMOZ is the best.

    No doubts in that.

Maybe a better question is what are you looking to do? Do you really need everything that Moz offers or are you just looking for a rank tracker?

Too often people get enamored with tools and services. They hear all these good things about them and decide they have to have them. Instead of developing your strategy around tools and services, you should plan out your strategy and then look for tools and services that fit into and save time with what you already have planned.

I'm not trying to avoid the question. They both have merits, but it really depends on what you need. For example, if all you want to do is analyze backlinks, I would recommend SpyGlass + Ahrefs or MajesticSEO. Actually, I would probably recommend Backlink Miner + Ahrefs or Majestic SEO. Either of those combinations is going to be better than anything Moz offers.

They both use different datasets and have different capabilities,
it will come down to the specific tasks you follow during your workflow.

You can do significant tweakings within PowerSuite to their base code (or the enterprise version anyways, which is one of the toolsets we use)

Both have their pros and cons, it just comes down to your exact needs.

If pricing is a key factor, you might want to go with Moz.

For Powersuite to run properly you need a lot more than what you have been promised by the dev.

    - Solid connection

    - No latency masked and encrypted proxies with clean non blacklisted IP sets which all will be local geo- ip addresses if your conducting reviews on a local seo service or product offering from a business, etc.

its all in the details, I know the guys at moz and their tool sets run within their own datacenter. Its not a bunch of VM gear or Amazon EC2. They have been their and done that, now all the hardware and their software has been custom tuned to what their code needs.

I have built tools sets like Moz has (much smaller scale) and use our custom systems all day long.
If you wanted to go out and even attempt to build what they have done you will need a team of the smartest internet engineers, devs, and about 1 million dollars to even get close to a BETA of what they have behind their firewall.

    Its a bargain,
