Masking Affiliate Links for Adwords

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Question time and trying to get a positive answer that I can follow for awhile. I use Google Adwords and promote affiliate products...my question is:
Should I mask my affiliate links say in a review site and if so should I just use something like TinyURL or should I use some kind of a redirect. If so, what type and how do you do it? This is mainly for my own landing page not direct linking but I would love to hear the answer for Direct Linking as well.
