In our experience trademarked domains are normally either removed by the registrar or removed by Google because of a TM complaint.

This is only if they complain though.

If you have a very long page title maybe you are targeting too many terms with a single page and having multiple more targeted pages would be a better strategy for you.

I use Market Samurai which links into Googles own keyword.

I like it because it not only tells me the search volume but also the amount of sites which are targeting those keywords.
