You are right, 50 is not that much, the average is between 200 and 300 though. The type of business this site targets doesn't handle that much clients though. One client usually takes up 2 to 3 weeks...

This isn't always true. In some countries you can live like a king for $25 a day. That's why they charge less and are able to compete with much more expensive western freelancers.
