Has anyone noticed a random sharp drop in rankings over the past few days?

Had sites listing in top 10 for chosen keywords that today have just dropped like a stone...

Any thoughts to whats...

Yep verified, what I have noticed is that the others who rank above me have a different icon to me, almost like a store icon or something, where as i am a little red icon..

I was maybe assuming...

Hey Guys,

Any advice on how to improve the google local search results? I'm not sure if it's based on the users IP location but would be good to understand if theres anyway to improve the ranking...
