Three tiers for membership. I believe the lowest was around $37. Second was $97 and then $297 for top tier. You get more funnels, views, etc. with the higher tiers.

I have worked with photographers and found them to be very particular about design. So I would make sure they are very involved in the theme selection process otherwise you could end up redoing it....

GSA SER works great if properly applied on Youtube videos. I ranked a video on page one in just a few hours. As mentioned before though, you need to know what you are doing so you don't get spanked!

I got out of Hostgator before they got really bad. Now I use a VPS on knownhost which has been awesome! More expensive than shared hosting though, but no downtime.

I use Knownhost. I switched to them after a bad experience with Beyondhosting. They have been great and no significant downtime.
