you must have violated their one of TOS (Knowingly or otherwise) as I know firsthand these networks are ultra sensitive with these type of things!

pay per call can be extremely profitable if you have steady flow of traffic coming in, CPA is easier but once again pay per call will help you reach your goal way faster!

I would say offer that pays $5-$8 or more,
the ones that don't have an exit pop up
and the one that is compliant with FB TOS would be good to go with!

if you are just starting out you should stick with offers w/ $5 or more payout as you can do good amount of testings and find the winners in real time..
