I was told the host I was using- Kajabi -was very reliable but apparently there is some doubt about that now. But thank you I have sent in an email requesting response.

I don't think so.

I just checked via chrome and google :( But other people have said they can't get in? I hope that isn't the problem but a lot of visitors are staying between 2 and10 minutes.

I used 2Checkout, paypal, clickbank and plimus.

If you want someone other than paypal then plimus is really good.

I wouldn't use 2Checkout

I used freeautobot. I jsut signed with aweber. You can use a free service but its just not worth it. I lost my entire list with freeautobot.

Really the $19 is worth it

I'd pick a book similar to te one you want to write. Make a note of the style, marketing etc and then create one in a similar way

Use a good eBook as a template in other words
