I have just set up my instagram account and was wondering what is a safe number of people to add before instagram bans your account for following to many people / spam?

under 1% i find works well for me and that includes page titles, meta disc, etc aswell. Also vary the keywords and make it sound nice and el-natural :) hope that helps

I add 50 people a day, but will miss a day or two to make it look more natural. Add people thats in the same niche as yourself. i average getting 200 followers from following 950 people.

Never post the same articles would be very bad for SEO and you might even get a penalty from google, will not help you one bit, trust me i have done this and i have been burnt before doing that......
