150$ is toooo much for the stats given. It should be some 30 - 50 as you said rectangle ad (which would be of size 300x250 or 336x280) if you are selling 125x125 banner, it may be some 20-30.

geo ranking in google is mainly dependent on its domain. if you have .co.uk, google tries to bring you up only in UK and sometimes, you also come up in other countries too, but not always.
