Oh and as far as negative SEO, personally I would not waste time on that. I prefer to focus on my own sites, instead of trying to ruin others (I know you meant it as a tongue in cheek comment) :)

Yes, thats exactly what it is, you connect to it via remote desktop, and you have a control panel that you launch all the tools from. It's not a web host.

I did not experience any downtime or lag...
