I use ConstantContact successfully. I had a GetResponse account for a year, and it was terrible compared to ConstantContact. You don't hear their name mentioned much in this forum. Worth checking out.

It just goes to show that you must control the quality of the comments that are on your blog. I personally turn off comments altogether. Having comments just opens up the possibility for spammers....
