I don't think it matters too much really as long as your focus is on using these articles for LINKS to your money page as opposed to trying to get each individual article to rank itself. At least...

If all your sites are on the same C class IP, you'll still not be able to get as good results as using it the way it's been outlined (at least that's my understanding of it)
