Anyway, yes, people fail at SEO and they do because they are busy in creating and getting spammy backlinks when they should be working on quality content.

I dont think that matters a lot. Important is getting traffic from authority websites that matches your niche. relevance to the niche is also very important when it comes to backlinks.
