On of my sites have been bouncing from from pos. 7-3, (5 yesterday, 7 today) in April. It has also gotten a boost from PR 0 to PR 2. Sometimes it seems like, that the Google Dance comes in waves.

I always start out with using Incansoft's Social Bot to bookmark around 5-10 of the best bookmarking sites. (links from Mixx, Jumptags and Digg, seems to stick best..at least for me) I always use two...

30-60 minutes is pretty normal. You have to go through the whole article, and insert/write the extra words, but at the same time make sure, that every version of the sentences makes sense,...
