Help choosing a domain name

Hello,

I am trying to choose which domain to register:

miami estate agents.com

property sales miami.com

(I have changed the name of the place I am interested in for Miami for this example)

Yup it was google search traffic.

I have just moved over to https in a hope that it will count in my favor.

Google changed settings for Keyword Planner. Now only people paying money to display ads get KW data. They also do not say how much money you need to be spending to see Keyword Planner...
