I would suggest you find a coder on sites like freelancer, odesk, fiverr...to do custom works for you...this is a complex work so it needs a professional coder to do which you want for your site.

YOu are right, I always choose dofollow forums that getting high rankings on Google, High rankings on Google mean Google consider them as quality forums and they should have links on those places.
