How come when you buy a course ( PPC ,Solo ads, or Facebook Marketing) and they give you step-by-step instruction, with over -the -shoulder videos, you still can't make a dime.

I just purchased Landing Page Monkey, and am trying to track signups, using Getresponse.
I put in the "token" supplied by Get but nothing seems to happen when I test it out.
Any suggestions?
