thats a really good ratio, nice work. without using tools designed to filter out high comp/ low search volume, it is pretty rare to find a keyword that rich, for me at least.

The tool I use is showing that 6 of the top 10 sites have a PR of 0 and 6 of them show 0 backlinks, the others show only a couple and then the one with 30....
