Create a funnel and start driving traffic. You can sinply reverse engineer whats working already. It's pretty simple, it just invovles testing. Native advertising would be a good thing to start with.

Yeah of course. Most executives at that level do not care about money anymore. I've been focusing on other areas specifically because of that.

I do both, and both are extremely profitable. AM teaches you advertising which you can integrate with your own ecom business. Driving paid traffic to your own store can make you millions.
