In the keyword tool down there is an option to do an exact search. It defaults to broad.

If your site shows in the top 20 for all those, but no...

The latest theory I've heard is that PR is close to a factor of 8
so 8PR1 links = 1 PR2 link, 8PR2 links = 1 PR3 link and so on

Also your site can get high PR with just 1-2 links from other high...

Give it more time, it can take as few as 4 days for good backlinks to change your SERPs, but I have also seen it take a month for some backlinks to move me up the SERPs with no other SEO going on.
