Try Unique Article Wizard or UAW. It actually can send your articles out up to 50 sites a day until you reach over 500 submissions. You'll see a difference after a month or so in your backlinks....fyi

I don't know if there is an exact tool, but when you go to the Yahoo search engine, look up the backlinks to your site by putting the following in: site:yoursite.com
