I would pay more attention to what my PPC dashboard (Yahoo or Google) was telling me rather than the network as their info is sometimes delayed quite a bit.

EVERY network scrubs leads. They scrub email and zip-submits the most because those have the most fraud associated with them.
The higher payouts and CC submits get scrubbed a lot less and for good...

To convert is to make a sale. Hence "high conversions" = high sales.
