What am I not understanding here?? ... Tropo's rates are equal to or more expensive than some of the SMS White Label providers with an off the shelf solution ...

FYI, DotGo does NOT give you access to your list ... meaning that you cannot either view or download the phone numbers ... if you ever want to change SMS providers you lose your list(s) ... IMHO,...
