I would keep any trademark terms out of your domain name, it would suck if you got a site profitable and had to take it down because of a trademark issue. Use the term 'iphone' in your site content...

Use Aweber, the costs to get started are very reasonable because of the way the pricing is structured. I would definitely get straight onto building a list no matter how much of a newbie you are.

I use autoresponders to tell subscribers the information that you know you are going to have to tell all of them and then use broadcasts to tell them about more current things etc.
