I would put "free worldwide shipping" label at more visible place. Since now is sitting in place together with the watch and it is not visible at all. Only if you look really good you can see it....

Also you need to verify your website with google search console (a.k.a. webmaster tool) and you need to add xml site maps to google search console. You can do all of that with Yoast plugin and watch...
