I don't know about using the top 20. You'll get buried by verified accounts, etc. if you're using hashtags that have been used a million times.

There is an app called hashatg.r that I use for my hashtags. It gives you a bunch of suggestions and all you have to do is click the hashtag to add it to your list. Saves me SO MUCH time.

Food trucks seem to be the new it thing. I see a lot of people opening up a food truck and only investing four figures but they're making back 5-6 figures in only a couple of months.

It's work that either cannot get a copyright, or the copyright expired. Generally it's any work published before the 1020's, but there are many more factours to consider.
