I just tried it on one site to redirect all the crappy posts (with the redirect 301 command in .htaccess) and we´ll see what will happen. Hopefully this works and it´s not punished by Google.

My concern with culling the bad posts is that I they might have been indexed and when these posts are then not present anymore on my site this is is punished by Google.

Would I need to have a 301...

@rickfrazier1: thanks. That´s what I expected as well. Unfortunately I did host my site in the US but go for a local listing in Spain so I would probably need to change.
