I think I just fixed your problem. Go into your CSS and find #content - Set the width to 1,000 px and see what happens.

I love Avast and Maleware Bytes. First I remove everything I can with Maleware Bytes. I then finish it off with a boot scan from Avast. This seems to do the trick for me every time.
