different number of pages accross different tools

Hi there, when I do this search on google, site:mydomain.com, I've found a number of pages which is different from what I see on the sitemap. there are more pages indexed. The number of pages found...

Thanks for your answer. First of all, I've already judged the 66 K pages and I know that a lot of them are crap. I was just wondering if I have to check manually all these pages...and seems like yes....
