I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier, but in WP you can export and import pages, posts, comments, etc. Just set up a dummy site and insert your reviews and pages, then go to Tools->Export....

Yeah your domain is right for the host. You get the username and pass from your cpanel in the ftp section. Make sure you have logon type set to "normal" and enter your ftp username and pass.

Maybe you're not logged in correctly? Is that why it says you're an anonymous user?

In Site Manager, is your logon type set to "normal"? And you have your username and password in there?
