And what kind of company would that be? Web development? I'd just like to get some idea of who/what I'm searching for and then how to sort through them (where can I find trustworthy reviews?).

I run a couple of blogs on how to learn different languages. I know languages, not SEO or site design or optimization or really anything else. I need help, my sites look (to me) like crap, people...
