As mentioned, if you read the guidelines for Panda, it looks for high quality pages, low quality pages affect your optimisation score.

Paypal is the most widely used payment processor, Alert pay is not.

I would not recommend ditching them.

It could be a glitch, or it could be that it has been bought before now.

It depends on the time frame of how long it has been available, if it is a while, google will remove the PR as it looks...
