Yes, you can test the market in the beginning and just throw out the rest.

After you test with the ads, check out some kind of product research tool, or just wing it.

Oberlo and Shopify are a good combo (that i use), however i have seen that people use Amazon or the other sites (i think it is faster but more expensive that way)

That is a good strategy. Since there are a lot shopify stores that sell accessories, you need a way to stand out from the rest. I would recommend a "buy 1 and the 2nd for 20% off" or like Mark said...

I use Shopify, and i would recommend it as a good e-commerce platform, but that's just me. I have heard that people are satisfied with WooCommerce but you'll have to double check that.

Yes, or test the market for what's hot or trending right now.

Another way is to see how a product (of any category that you choose) is selling in the last 6 months.
