Bidvertiser conversion rate

I'm new to PPC, so I tried Bidvertiser at first because of low competition, but I noticed that my conversion rate is awful.

Is it normal that PPC has bad conversion rate or is it just Bidvertiser...

Thanks a lot everyone for the help. Alexa, you said that you submit articles to your website first and then to EZA, but as much as I know EZA wants only original content, won't they find your blog...

My competitions article is 2 years old, so maybe this is the problem. But I have read that articles without backlinks will die out quickly.
