Evil bots consuming all my sites traffic even after i disallowed them in robots.txt

I have few sites on a shared hosting, where each has just 1GB monthly bandwidth.

I noticed that some of those are being used up mostly by various spider bots, here is a sample

that's why people tend to use ads blockers as well

then again, it can be used for wrong stuff, but almost everything can...

Depends how you use it really. If you just want to read them without the extra click to go to the site it's totally fine.
Like many technologies it can be used for both good and bad :)

Admob merged with adwords, don't really see it

They were supposed to be merged couple of weeks ago, but i still see the old admob interface and you can still create campaign seperately there.

There are some options added to adwords though, but...

That's why SERPs are stuck for most people.

Just delete the old pages and start fresh.
Soon google will see they don't exist anymore and deindex them.

Well the thing is that they are sending the same email to 3 unrelated sites each with different emails.
Which means taht it's done on large scale.

Well it's an algo update, they say reconsideration request won't help since it isn't manual penalty. You have to change your backlink portfolio so google likes it again.

exactly, company name seems to be ok now, as it's not exact keyword match
it seems more natural to google than keyword rich anchors
