Good point Ruth - I missed that. A similar restriction also applies when the domain is nearing renewal and it requires the renewal to be paid before it can be moved.

Sounds like what you're after is all achievable using OpenX. I use it a lot - we carry ads for offline businesses, affiliate programs adsense - you name it - it tracks it :), will track views,...

The problem with NDA's is that they are extremely costly to enforce. And without any true IP (this relates to a method of working rather than any true IP as such) probably not really worth the paper...
