I used several of these types of plugins best I recommend is Auto blog feeder. The only thing you have to watch is that you check each and every post as sometimes because of punctuation it can leave...

I been working with wordpress last five years and feel using free ones has been just as effective as using paid versions. So stick with free and optimize through your plugins.
