EMBEDDING VIDEO: Just youtube and metacafe (allegedly). JUST write the URL, and the forum software will embed the video. BUT ONLY AFTER THE POST IS PUBLISHED....

Yes, but problem is: a) It does not show the video here, for me(!) it only shows the link to the video, and b) Others here HAVE video embeds to other sites than youtube, so it DOES work...
