I did a search again on google. Most of your pages are indexed.

For Joomla I wouldn't use any other SEF plugin other than "HP router" to remove the ID's from articles. Use the simple built Joomla...

Your site looks ok.

Rebuild your sitemap, what sitemap are you using for joomla?

Then upload to google webmasters tools again.

"site:http ://clear-all-debts.com/" copy past that to search...
