Networks tracking systems only record unique clicks. So if your stats have stayed the same, I would guess that 280-ish clicks weren't unique. I've had publishers with us have similar stories with 7...

Adbrite is ok, I liked it better a year and a half ago, since they revamped everything on there my EPC's dropped pretty dramatically. For second tier I personally like 7Search and MIVA.

Like the others said it's not necessarily bad, but its harder to scale due to low volume. I have seen a lot more people switch to LI and of course TV when scaling campaigns up.

Agreed, Lead Impact is a 200$ deposit i believe. And honestly i don't hear good things about any other PPV network besides Lead Impact and Traffic Vance.
