WOAH! The graphic in the middle does not match the page at all, plus I can tell it is very low quality. Fix that, and add some testimonials, more content and you're good to go.

.CO are worthless. In terms of remembering a website for marketability, what is easier to tell someone? .co just sounds unnatural (thats because it is). .com sites are more trusted anyways.

Start with reading the forum. Learn your basics, keyword research SEO optimization backlinks. CPA can also be done offline, just search around and you will find what you are looking for.

Fake: Just enter 000-00-0000.

Source: I used to work for a credit card company, and 000 was common for non-US citizens. It should go through.

Easiest CPA network to get in to is CPA lead. Neverblue is good, just make sure to call the affiliate manager when you apply. Chances are when you call you will get accepted.

Most PPV traffic is cheap and comes with addons to programs such as Azureus Vuze and other freeware. It is perfectly legal and is a good alternative to Google Adwords.
