But I personally feel free domains like .cc can be ranked with right SEO strategy dont confuse TLD with SEO .

these are public Name Servers and anyone can see it but your site can be tracked any way by using any tool like in Microsoft Windows command prompt just type "nslookup" hit enter then type your site...
