Yeah, it doesn't make a difference.. To tell you the truth there are 1000's of "small" packages on that server.. It's called shared hosting. Spiders etc, just look through domains NOT IP's.

To me it looks like just poor coding practice. You should avoid using your editor in design view as much as possible. Hand coding is much better as you wont be bombarded with EXTRA unneeded code....
