You should use other related keywords in anchor text like

exact url

In fact two pages were affected. They did not disappear instead dropped in ranking. Yes, after i started varying anchor text they both are now back to normal position.

I also agree with other posters. Vary your anchor text. I have been also experiencing same problem with one of my page that has not varied anchor text backlinks.

Generally less searches per/mo means less competition. Higher the searches, higher competition. Make sure main keyword has at least 1000 exact searches per month.

You have not read the whole thread. Most are in favor of adsense. I have been using adsense since march 2011. They have not banned my account yet and i am making avg $75/mo from adsense.
