Use a landing page, dating offers are pretty easy to convert with PPV. I'd also suggest you to use Bevo Media, it is free and perfect for PPV tracking.

Try to block WIFI traffic, as far as I know you can filter out your clicks by targeting different carriers with BuzzCity, try that and let us know if it worked out!
